The factory number plate mount on the Mercedes-Benz W222/V222 S-Class AMG Line (JDM Import) is an oversized plastic box designed for Japanese domestic market plates. When fitted with Australian number plates, it appears bulky and out of proportion, taking away from the elegant front-end styling of the S-Class.
That's why we developed two dedicated Miniature Plinth solutions, tailored specifically for the W222/V222 AMG Line and Australian number plates. Whether you're replacing the factory mounting box or starting with a clean bumper, our system delivers a centred, floating finish that complements the refined styling of the S-Class.
Miniature Plinth (OEM Holes): Designed for vehicles with the factory number plate mount already installed, this version uses the existing mounting holes to replace the bulky OEM box with a slim, purpose-built plinth. Installation is quick and straightforward while delivering a much cleaner appearance.
Small Miniature Plinth (Virgin Bumper / No Holes): For vehicles without factory mounting holes, this version includes a precision alignment jig to ensure perfectly centred placement before drilling. The result is an accurate, factory-quality installation with minimal effort.
Both versions are compatible with the full range of Flow Brackets number plate brackets, including slimline, heritage, euro, and standard, ensuring every Australian plate style is supported. The result is a centred number plate with a clean, finished appearance that looks like it should have come from the factory, eliminating the oversized OEM mounting box without compromising the sophisticated design of the W222.

Why do I need an OEM Plinth Delete?
