The Ferrari F8 has a curved, organic front bumper that makes it difficult to mount Australian number plates cleanly. Standard plates are completely flat and come in many sizes, which often leads to awkward mounting angles, uneven placement, or repeated drilling into the bumper. Our miniature plinth system is designed specifically to fix that by giving the F8 a flat, car matched mounting surface that aligns perfectly with Australian plates.

Each plinth is made using a detailed 3D scan of the F8 front bar. This allows the back of the plinth to contour precisely to the bumper while creating a flat face on the front for the number plate bracket. Once mounted, it gives you a stable, consistent position for any Flow Brackets plate mount such as slimline, heritage, euro, signature, or standard Australian plates.

Installation options are flexible. You can mount the plinth using the supplied 3M tape for a completely non invasive setup that suits most lightweight plates. For heavier plates such as heritage and signature plates, mechanical fasteners are also included. These allow you to secure the plinth using two screws placed into the marked mounting points for a more permanent connection.

To help with positioning, the kit also includes a two piece alignment tool. This tool locks into the recess under the badge so you can place the plinth exactly in the centre of the car every time. Once aligned and installed, simply choose the matching number plate bracket for your specific plate size and bolt it onto the brass inserts inside the plinth.

For taller plates such as full sized standard plates, an included spacer can be added to push the plinth outward, clearing the shape of the V shaped bumper and providing the correct mounting height.

The result is a clean, floating plate finish that avoids repeated drilling, protects the bumper, and matches the Ferrari F8 with a factory quality fit.
