Mitsubishi CTA9 Lancer Evolution 8 2003-2005 - OEM Plinth Delete Kit
The factory JDM number plate bracket on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8 is designed for larger Japanese number plates, making it oversized for Australian plates. It leaves unnecessary plastic visible around the plate, interrupts the aggressive front-end styling, and can restrict airflow when upgrading to a larger front-mounted intercooler.
Our Miniature Plinth replaces the factory bracket with a compact, self-locating design that suits Australian number plates while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance. It also provides additional clearance for intercooler upgrades, making it the ideal solution for both street and performance builds.
Installation is simple, with the option of a completely drill-free fitment using the supplied 3M tape and adhesion primer, or permanent installation using screws for maximum security.
Once installed, simply choose the correct Flow Number Plate Bracket for your plate style to achieve a centred number plate with a clean, finished appearance that looks like it should have come from the factory.
