The factory Porsche plinth is oversized for Australian plates and forces dealerships to drill into the bumper to mount it. Our miniature plinth gives you a cleaner, drill free solution that stays completely hidden behind your number plate and removes the bulky factory box altogether.

This plinth installs using high strength 3M tape and the included alignment tool. The tool locks into the front bumper to show you exactly where the plinth sits, so you can place it perfectly straight and centred every time. There is no guesswork and no risk of crooked plates.

If your car already has the factory box installed, the process is simple. Remove your plates, remove the two factory screws holding the box, and the miniature plinth installs in the same location. If your car is brand new and has no drilled holes, the alignment tool ensures a precise tape only install.

Once the plinth is on the car, pair it with the correct bracket for your plate style. Slimline, euro, heritage, and signature formats can all be mounted cleanly, and the plate sits at the exact height and width needed to cover the plinth completely. For heavier heritage plates or track use, the plinth includes two screw points so you can add mechanical fasteners if required.

The end result is a centred, floating plate look that removes the oversized factory box and protects your bumper from unnecessary drilling.

    Our main priority throughout this process is to preserve the integrity of your vehicle by avoiding any unnecessary or highly visible drill holes. Wherever possible, we limit modifications to only what’s essential for a clean and secure install. The result is a subtle yet high-impact upgrade that respects the original design of your car while elevating its visual appeal.

    Looks great once installed. Super clean with numberplate cover. One very minor issue worth noting - I think my kit came with a pair of flat edge thread-cutting screws instead of the two pointed self-tapping screws as indicated in the manual. It made screwing the plinth delete plate quite a pain as I had to use a lot of force to catch the thread. Had to screw it in at an angle. All good once in. Could have been just my kit but perhaps worth checking the supplier has included the correct self tapping screws in this particular GR kit. Customer service was great.

I did an OEM plinth delete and slimline plate install on my Mustang and a slimline plate install on my Raptor, which by design deletes the Ford OEM plinth.
