Refund Policy
Returns/Change of mind
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Plinth Delete Kit
For the return of Plinth Delete kits, the bracket must also be be returned.
Returns are accepted for both parts and not individually.
I.e. If you have purchased a bracket & delete kit. We do not accept returns for the bracket only.
Opened packages may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee. This includes external boxes and internal packaging.
Shipping Costs
Postage costs, fees, duties, and taxes are excluded and not refundable.
The cost of freight/shipping of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping cost that are built into the price of the prices will be passed on in the form of "Restocking fee's"
3rd Party Merchant Fees
Merchant fees are passed onto the buyer in the form of restocking fees at a rate of 10% for services including (but not limited to);
- Afterpay
- Zip pay, Zip Money
- Latitude pay
- PayPal
- Credit card & Merchant fees
Pre-approval for returns is recommended. We may ask for detailed photos of the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior communication.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or the financial institution. It may take a few business days for the refund to be finalized through the bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, please send us an email at info@flowdesignsaustralia.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to process the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items reach us safely.
Please ensure you package your product well. Any damages through transit may lead to your refund being rejected.
