The Mercedes EQC comes with a large factory plate box that looks oversized with Australian number plates. This redesigned miniature plinth replaces that entire box with a clean, modern mounting surface that matches the width and proportions of your plate for a much tidier front end.
Installation is straightforward. The plinth locates using the existing center hole, allowing you to temporarily position it and mark the two drill points. Once the holes are drilled, the plinth mounts securely using the supplied stainless hardware. The kit also includes two blanking plugs to cover the leftover factory holes from the original box, and two additional plugs for any extra dealership drilled holes you may find.
Once installed, the plinth becomes the base for your preferred bracket. Choose the correct Flow Brackets plate bracket to match your plate style so you can level and height adjust the plate exactly where you want it. Slimline, heritage, euro, and standard brackets all bolt straight onto the plinth using the built in mounting holes.
The end result is a clean, floating plate finish that removes the bulky factory box and gives the EQC a sharper, more intentional front profile.
