We've addressed this with our newly redesigned Plinth, which replaces that bulky setup with a smaller, more streamlined mounting point. Our main priority throughout this process is to preserve the integrity of your vehicle by avoiding any unnecessary or highly visible drill holes. Wherever possible, we limit modifications to only what’s essential for a clean and secure install. Plinths provided by the dealers are usually in the wrong size to suit Australian number plates. They are also quite bulky. Since Australian plates are much smaller, this creates too much empty space.
We have come up with a range of Plinth Delete Kits that will replace the big and bulky plate holder. Paired up with our aluminium bracket to suit your plate style.
This mounting system creates a much cleaner look.
